We wanted to extend a sincere thanks to everyone who helped make our first five years in Florence a success! We couldn't do it without you. Drawing Board has grown to mean so much more to us than a simple business. It has been a pure joy watching friendships blossom and watching people be comfortable to be their authentic selves. As we look ahead, we're excited for the next chapter, and grateful to have a community that continues to show up, support, and help shape who we are. Thank you for sharing your time, you stories, and your creativity with us. Here's to many more years of good beer, good company, and good memories!

Exactly what it sounds like - an afternoon of incredible piano music. Misha is an exceptionally talented pianist with a knack for matching the energy of a room and setting the perfect tone. Sit back, relax, and enjoy his captivating performance. Feeling adventurous? He's always happy to chat about the theory behind the music he's play (of course - please do not interrupt while he's playing)

Drawing Board Brewing Company was built around the interests of its creators. Corey is a long time hobbyist who has  worked in the industry in various capacities. Tonka is a life long lover of all things craft. It seemed only natural to combine these two passions when creating Drawing Board Brewing Company. We invite you stop by, learn a bit more.

BARLEY & HOPS

Terroir is a term typically associated with wine. It's used to describe how environmental factors, growing conditions, and the land can affect an agricultural crop - in this case, flavor. We strive to use as many local ingredients as possible when crafting our beers, and when local is not feasible, we try and source from as close to us as possible. We are a small batch brewery, with big ideas. Our goal is to have a rapidly rotating menu, so there will be plenty of opportunities to find your favorite. All beers are brewed with 100% local base malt from Valley Malt in Holyoke MA
